Unboxing Video is Mandatory An unboxing video is compulsory at the time of receiving your order. Without an unboxing video, return or replacement requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Disclaimer on Visual Appearance

  • Wall art appearance may vary depending on wall color, room environment, lighting, and surrounding décor. Such variations are not valid grounds for return or replacement.
  • All images on our website are for illustration purposes only and are not a guaranteed representation of the exact visual appearance.
  • Product dimensions shown are indicative and for reference only.
  • You will receive the product exactly as per the size, frame type, and specifications selected at the time of purchase.

When Are Returns Accepted? Returns are accepted only if you have received a wrong or mismatched product (different from what you ordered). We do not accept returns for change of mind, color perception differences, or appearance variations due to lighting or environment.

Return Request Window Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return Request Email hello@hearthut.in with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photo of the product received
  3. Brief description of the issue
  4. Your unboxing video

Replacement Policy Only replacements are offered — no refunds. Replacements are processed only for wrong product delivery and will be arranged at no additional cost once verified.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products damaged due to improper handling post-delivery
  • Requests without an unboxing video
  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery
  • Dissatisfaction due to lighting or environmental appearance differences
